Experienced housebuilder Bancroft Developments secured a loan from Hampshire Trust Bank’s Property Finance team to fund a gated development in Binfield, Berkshire.
The Broadhaven housing development comprises of three new five bedroom detached homes, set in the grounds of period property Oaklands. Oaklands, built in 1852, is also being renovated as part of the project, which is nearing completion.
The loan from Hampshire Trust Bank assisted with the acquisition of the land and the construction of the three new homes.
