Further details

Appetite guidance HTB look for strength in a proposal from the Asset, Financials and Guarantor. If one of the three is weaker we would need the other two to be stronger. HTB will always want comfort with the asset and the LTV of the asset.*

What we require

We require the following information in order to make a credit decision:

Customer GDPR consent (for each shareholder holding 25% or more of the issued shares)
Latest filed accounts
Up-to-date management information
3 months business bank statements
Asset specification (including make, model, year of manufacture)

Asset finance

Amount: £150k to £5m

Terms: 12 – 84 months

Repayment: Fully amortising

Rate: Start at 10%

LTV: Up to 80%

We will consider balloon, and seasonal payments. In cases where property is taken as additional security, the customer will need to take independent Legal Advice. The property may be repossessed if they do not keep up with the repayments.

Property (as additional security to Hard Assets)

Amount: £150k to £2m

Terms: 12 – 84 months

Repayment: Fully amortising

Rate: Start at 10%

LTV: Up to 70% residential / Up to 60% commercial – first and second charge

We will consider balloon, and seasonal payments. In cases where property is taken as additional security, the customer will need to take independent Legal Advice. The property may be repossessed if they do not keep up with the repayments.
